Acclimatizing
Climate Control
Aloud a vision and a total control of the greenhouse, providing all data and regulating automatically the optimum conditions of each particular crop. Programming is totally configurable, use and it guarantees a well-planned and controlled job.
CO2 Contribution
The increasing concentration of this gas in the greenhouse enviroment causes a larger development of the plant, increasing the productivity in quality as well as in quantity.
It is well adapted inside a greenhouse because they are steady and isolated from the outside environment.
The carbonic anhidride (CO2) is a raw material fundamental to crops, as importat as water or light.
CO2 is essential to the photosynthetic process of the plant, from which quality and quantity in agricultural production.
Termal Screen
Balances enviroment temperature inside greenhouses and exterior crops maintaining the optimum levels to cultivate.
This system also preserves plants from weather inclemencies such as wind, rain and hail.
The screen will provide 65% of shading and an energetic saving of 25%. It is a sheet formed of combined aluminum and polyester stripes interweaved with acrylic thread, leaving small gaps for ventilation.
Advantages
Temperature control; luminosity control; humidity control; heating combustible saving; ventilation.
Humidification
Temperature influences directly on humidity.
Whenever temperature rises, humidity decreases, and air humidity influences decisively in a crop's success.
Humidity decreasing, lowers plant activity, while humidity excesses, besides paralyzing plant activity, may cause problems and diseases.
Ventilation
Ventilation is essential to guarantee an optimum climate inside the greenhouse, without air movement differences between temperature and humidity may occur; when ventilation in the greenhouse is open, there's a natural adequate circulation, with ventilation closed, climate in the greenhouse may be unstable and a variation in the parameters may occur with all adverse consequences that this can have in plants.
Advantages
Uniformity of crop condition.
Better control in greenhouse climate managing.
Minimum lose of illumination due to compact design
Low energy consumption.
Heating
Air heating
This system makes hot air go out an exchange chamber through nozzles distributed throughout the crop. Several appliances are needed in order to achive homogeneity, because air circulates at a low temperature.
Water heating
This system uses a boiler to heat water that circulates through pipes regularly arranged throughout the greenhouse, radiatin energy to all the crop. Here heat goes directly to solid bodies, leaves, fruits and in less quantity to sourrounding air.
